While we endeavour to respond to all support tickets promptly, response times are not guaranteed and are subject to operational capacity. Submission of a ticket does not constitute a binding service agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.
Users of this Service are reminded that submitting false, threatening, offensive, or obscene content via electronic means may constitute an offence under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, punishable by a fine of up to RM50,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one (1) year.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Prior to commencing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written notice and good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Malaysian law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentek Services Sdn. Bhd. with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
